Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders Training

AthletesCAN and Respect Group are pleased to offer Respect and Sport for Activity Leaders training to senior national team athletes in Canada. This partnership will provide AthletesCAN members with access to free education to recognize, understand and respond to issues of bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination and to help athletes create a safe, healthy and healthy environment. respectful.

ELIGIBILITY
Training will be available to senior national team athletes from over 60 sports. Eligible athletes must be members of AthletesCAN to access training. National Sport Organizations will be able to track program completion by their members through an online portal supported by Respect Group to ensure compliance.

- Legal Responsibility and “Duty of Care”
- Hazing
- Physical Development
- Preventing Bullying, Abuse, Harassment and Discrimination (BAHD)
- Mental Health Outcomes Due to BAHD Behaviours
- Concussion and Injury Management
- Positive Emotions
